OUR ACTIVITY
It focuses on providing young football players with tools that allow them to join Spanish clubs that play in the access categories (3RFEF and 2RFEF) to professional football, including subsidiary teams.
To this end, we have a talent development programme called "Football Dreams", which is made up of selected players aged between 16 and 19, who are provided with professional training tools to improve their performance.
Internationally, through our "EtMiAr" programme, we work with youngsters who participate in French leagues (top youth and National 3), carefully selected for their qualities to progress in Spanish football.
Ultimately, and as a final step in our work, we facilitate the club/player relationship so that it is carried out in an optimal way, guaranteeing that the player's profile is the right one for the incorporation club, so that both parties can achieve their objectives.
